If you are reading these lines now, your first step towards recovery is already taken.

During our initial consultation, I will conduct a clinical assessment where I will ask you questions to identify and understand your issues and goals for treatment. I may also use clinical questionnaires to assess the severity of your challenges and determine which therapeutic methods or techniques will be most effective and appropriate for you. Once the assessment is complete, I will provide you with treatment options and address any concerns or inquiries you may have regarding therapy.

 The Initial Consultation

    Allows us :

  • To determine the problems you are experiencing.

  • To explore what you want to achieve from therapy.

  • To discuss the best treatment possible.

  • To understand if we both feel comfortable working together.

   Allows you :

  •  To hear how I work, ask questions, and share any concerns or worries you may have.

  • To make a well-informed and confident decision about starting therapy.

   I offer

  • -Video  (Zoom, Skype, Facetime) and telephone sessions in English or Greek.

  • The sessions should take place weekly, start at a regular time and ordinarily last 50 minutes.

-Why online therapy? Is online therapy as good as in-person therapy?

Recent studies demonstrate that online therapy, particularly CBT, is as effective, if not more so, than traditional in-person therapy.

-Policy for cancellations and missed appointments.

Please be aware that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled session, kindly inform me at your earliest convenience.
