Dimitrios is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). He is an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), which is the primary professional body for CBT therapists in the UK. In addition, he is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), the European Association for Counselling (EAC) and the British Association for performing arts medicine (BAPAM).

Dimitrios has obtained two postgraduate diplomas in the field of psychotherapy with a scholarship. In 2017, he received a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the reputable School of Psychology at the University of East London. Later, in 2020, he completed another PGDip in Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) from the Royal Holloway University of London, which is regarded as one of the most prestigious and highly-ranked academic institutions in the United Kingdom and Europe.

Dimitrios has gained extensive experience in mental health settings over several years by providing professional services to a diverse range of individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. He has worked in different institutions such as hospitals, medical centres, drug and alcohol services, military campuses, schools, and universities. Dimitrios has also collaborated with highly accredited organizations, charities, and institutions such as the English National Healthcare System (NHS), MIND, and Change Grow Live (CGL).

Dimitrios is highly supervised, works closely with other mental health professionals, follows the National Health and Care Guidelines (NICE) and keeps up to date with developments in CBT and Integrative psychotherapy practice through through continuous professional development activities (CPD) and studying.
